ALCM #58 - Man Card

Hi All!

I was surfing the net yesterday when I came across a tutorial for the Glass Crack Technique using UTEE.  I hadn't played with my UTEE for years, so I decided to get it out and give it a shake. I am not one for just making something - I like to have a purpose or at least an idea in my head - so I decided to team my creation up with the latest A La Card Monkey Challenge - #58 - Man Card.

I must admit, I am getting rather fond of challenges that have a sketch involved, as it takes away a little less thinking.  Anyway, onto my card......

Materials used are:
4927 Card Essentials - Earth Tones - A5 - Chestnut, Coffee, Olive and Sand
2941 SB Paper - Foundations - Lagoon Flourish / Stripes
4407KD - Vintage Clock Small Stamp
4102KI - Happy Birthday Accoustic Stamp
72084 - Ancient Page Inkpad - Chocolate
2920 Embellishment - Buttons (108) - Earth Tones - Brown
Twine - Stampin' Up
UTEE - From Stash

Cheers!

  1. Great 'Man' card Kel! I love the way you always match the inside to the front :o) I totally agree that sketches take some of the brain strain out of making a card - it kind of eliminates that 'block' that can set in when you sit down to make a card.
